                             Change of Directorships. Result of AGM & EGM

The Company announces that Veronique Holbrook has stepped down as a director of the Company due to personal reasons with immediate effect but will continue to work with the Company as a project manager.

The Company is pleased to announce that Constantinos  Tziamalis ("Costas"), 32, has been appointed to the Board of the Company as an executive director. Costas has worked with the Company for 5 years in the capacity of Corporate Credit Controller and Investor Relations.  Prior to working at the Company Costas worked for BNP BARIBAS private Banking as well as an Investor Accounts Manager for a private Brokerage House.

Costas is currently a director of lSA HARDWARE Limited,  Microval Commercial Ltd and Proteas Asset Management Ltd, all of which are private limited companies in Cyprus. Costas has no previous directorships.

There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

In addition, the Company announces that the resolutions proposed at its annual general meeting and extraordinary general meeting were duly passed.
