The SPP Rewards catalogue includes a wide range of merchandise, vouchers and travel awards which can be redeemed for personal or business uses.
Seagate products and training are also available so that the programme can be used to benefit a customer’s business as well as individuals.
Seagate is also introducing a number of other enhancements to its partner programme including more product information, online product sales training and other sales tools, and a premier level that will give key partners extra recognition and support.

As well as eligibility for SPP Rewards, the Seagate Partner Programme offers a range of benefits including exclusive sales tools and product information, privileged invitations to promotions, priority access to technical and pre-sales support, and a dedicated partner web portal. Could registered SPP users check the status of their bonuses? Go into my.seagate account & they will see the summary?
SPP members see their points and POS activity in the SPP Rewards portal. There is no connection between my.seagate.com and the SPP portal. Therefore they must use their SPP name/password to gain access to the spp portal at spp.seagate.com and from there access the Rewards portal.
Where is the SPP Rewards program available?
The program is available to all EMEA countries, but the catalogue of rewards will vary depending on the local supplier used. Customers can all use the Wish Upon A Star service if they do not find anything in their local catalogue that they like.
Are the Rewards right for local market? What about customs?
Goods are supplied locally so will be appropriate for the local market with the right plugs, documents etc. Normally goods are delivered via a delivery company as a signature is required to acknowledge receipt. They should not need customs clearing either.
Can the points be used for buying Seagate products?
Not at the moment, no. We can look into this as a development to the program in the future. This wasn’t included at launch as there was a legal issue of who would be the “importer of record” for us or the Rewards Company.
My customer doesn’t see any points? What should they do?
The program launched with POS from the April 4-15 period and is being updated first week of every month, Therefore they should see POS from April 4-May 29th if they looked after the update. If they made purchases of qualifying products from an authorized distributor or sub-distributor in this timeframe and do not see anything, they should submit a missing purchases form in the Missing Purchases section of the SPP rewards website.
Can members see what purchases have been awarded points?
Yes, on the SPP Rewards portal in the Points Zone they can review what POS we have used to accrue points. This is found under “View Purchases” and lists, Invoice Date, Invoice Number, Distributor Name, Units, Points Awarded, They can also click on the magnifying glass to see more detail which included the Seagate model number.
Not receiving emails: I have registered in SPP, but I don't receive mails (knowledge drive etc.). What should I do to fix this problem?
This is a common complaint for Russian contacts. Our emails seem to have a higher likelihood of getting caught in SPAM filters here than anywhere else in EMEA. Please add email@example.com to your favorite contactslist to help ensure we end up in your inbox and not your junk folder. Roadmaps: Where can I find Roadmap on SPP portal? I've found EOLs - it's very useful information, but Roadmap would be really wonderful thing.
