Zagreb (Croatia), March 02, 2009 – ASBIS Croatia, a subsidiary of ASBISc Enterprises PLC, signed a new distribution agreement with Microsoft Corporation. This agreement broadens the field of activities of ASBIS in Croatia in a rank of the authorized distributor of Microsoft and offers its partners a possibility to purchase the entire spectrum of Microsoft’s products including OEM-products from a single supplier.

According to conditions of a new agreement ASBIS Croatia becomes the authorized distributor of products for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), including MS Windows, MS Office, server products as well as Microsoft’s hardware.

Signing of the ОЕМ-contract and receiving of the Official/Authorized ОЕМ Distributor status is recognition of high competence of ASBIS in the sphere of software distribution in Croatia.

Last year ASBIS Croatia became the authorized distributor of Microsoft offering its partners open license products (OLP) and full package products (FPP). Today ASBIS supplies the entire spectrum of software produced by the vendor using both traditional schemes of licensing (OLP/FPP) and new perspective programs for selling licenses in Croatia.
