The main difference between two models is the size of the touch screen – GPS navigator GeoVision 150 has 3.5" TFT display and  GPS navigator GeoVision 450 is with 4.3" TFT display. Both models have 64 MB SDRAM, USB port, integrated speaker and SD card slot up to 4GB for GeoVision 150 and up to 8GB for GeoVision 450.
