ASBIS is glad to inform you about the exciting and rewarding ASBIS Bonus Club (ABC) program aimed at providing extra benefits to our valued customers. The Bonus Club program is fully integrated into ASBIS’ online purchase scheme, and complements the existing online customer interaction. The Bonus Club system has been designed to be very transparent and user-friendly.

Main features:

• Program is valid for ASBIS customers registered in its system as ASBIS Bonus Club members; to check if your company has been registered as a member – please contact your ASBIS sales manager or ask a question by sending us an e-mail;
• Once the company has been registered as a new ASBIS Bonus Club member, it gets an immediate access to bonus points;
• Bonus points are assigned to a selected group of products and awarded for every purchase made at ASBIS, both online and offline; Bonus points and products they are assigned to are subject to change without prior notice;
• Online purchases normally get a higher average point score than those made the traditional way;
• Customers may spend the earned bonus points by ordering goods from the Prize Catalog which will offer not only brilliant products distributed by ASBIS (notebooks, LCD and plasma TVs, USB devices, etc), but also goods and services from other companies;
• Customers clearly see bonus points awarded for each specific product in the price list or in the online shop;
• The complete bonus and transaction history is easily accessible and viewable;
• The Bonus Club members get e-mail updates about all significant ABC events.

All items of ASBIS Bonus Club (ABC) are available according to these terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Definitions

ABC shall mean ASBIS Bonus Club as described in this Terms and Conditions.

Items of ABC shall mean goods in ABC catalog which are available to registered users of ABC in exchange for ABC points.

ABC points shall mean points allotted to registered users of ABC for every qualified purchase of the products from ASBIS.

Limitations

ASBIS reserves the right to award ABC to its customers at the sole discretion of ASBIS.

Not all products purchased with ASBIS are subject to ABC.

Items of ABC are subject to availability. ASBIS has the right to withdraw or replace any items with items of equal, smaller, or larger value, whenever it is necessary without notice.

The information of the ABC catalogue is as accurate as possible. ASBIS is not responsible for any mistakes or omissions.

All items in ABC catalog are provided AS IS. ASBIS MAKES NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.

However, ASBIS will pass to user the warranty, in the same or less extent, available on the items of ABC provided by respective manufacturers or suppliers.

Allocation of ABC points

For every qualified purchase of the products form ASBIS (less any returns and overdue payments), the registered user of ABC will be credited with an amount of ABC points corresponding to each product’s weight and the total amount of the purchase. The system will clearly display ABC points available for every purchase at any given period of time, as well as points earned at every purchase and total points that the buyer has at his account at any given point of time. ABC points allotted for online and offline purchase may differ.

Exchange of ABC points

Registered users can redeem accumulated ABC points for the items of ABC catalog at the local offices of ASBIS. ABC points cannot be exchanged with cash, other money benefit or other products not listed in ABC catalog.

Advance notice of seven (7) days and presentation of personal identity card, passport or driving license is essential at the time of the redemption.

Transfer, assignment or exchange of ABC points from one user to another is not allowed. ASBIS can deny any claim for exchange of ABC points if it has come to their notice that there has been a misuse of this Terms & Conditions.

ABC points earned during each calendar month could be exchanged for ABC items within the following six (6) months only. All non exchanged points will be automatically cancelled after lapsE of six (6) months from their earning without any obligation from ASBIS side. ASBIS will make all reasonable efforts to inform users by email at least one (1) month prior such cancellation. However, no such notice is guaranteed.

Amendments of Terms & Conditions

ASBIS reserves the right to amend this Terms & Conditions and to cancel or amend part of ABC or all of it, at any time and without any notice.

ASBIS reserves the right to cancel any registered user of ABC in case of inactivity for a period of three (3) months.

In the event of cancellation of any user of ABC or ABC entirely, users having already accumulated ABC points would be given the opportunity to redeem them for ABC items during a specified period.
